Paradise Valley's Municipal Court design provides both security and a calm, open, and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

Initially intended as a courtroom remodel at Paradise Valley’s Town Hall, the project evolved into a new court building based on recommendations from Town representatives. DFDG’s creative design for the facility incorporated similar materials, forms, and colors to create a cohesive environment. The functional layout enhances security for visitors, judges, and staff while maintaining an open and welcoming layout.

The 6,000-square-foot facility blends seamlessly into the Town campus’ architectural vernacular by incorporating elements from the nearby police and fire stations. The exterior architecture features a rhythm of stone, glass, and steel, creating harmony both inside and out. Inside, the sloped ceiling and striking angles in the courtroom reinterpret traditional judicial design with modern sensibility.
