Petsmart Headquarters is awarded the Outstanding Building of the Year by BOMA Greater Phoenix.
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award is considered one of the highest honors bestowed by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. The annual association awards recognize quality of buildings and excellence in building management.
Buildings are judged on all facets of operations including community involvement, site management, “green” policies and management procedures.
Chandler Gilbert Community College wins
Athletic Business Magazines Facilities of Merit Award.
Each year Athletic Business Magazine recognizes the best new athletic performance facilities throughout the United States. Chandler Gilbert Community College’s Coyote Center stands out for its unique way of seamlessly blending athletics, recreation and student services.

DFDG wins 2015 ENR Regional Best Project Award
The Engineering News-Record (ENR) competition was open to projects in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. A panel of seven judges represented the varied demographic imprints in the industry.
As the Project Architect, DFDG appreciates the honor given to the Chandler-Gilbert Community College – Coyote Center. DFDG in association with Opsis Architecture enjoyed the opportunity to design this project for the Maricopa Community College District.

- Peoria Sports Complex Clubhouse Renovations – Public Works Project of the Year $25-$75 million
- Maricopa County Security Building Renovation – Historical Restoration / Preservation less than $5 million.
