Jessica Lacy | LEED AP BD+C - Architect in Training

Jessica Lacy

Jessica Lacy fell in love with architecture as a young child when she started drawing designs for houses and other buildings she dreamed of building and decided to become an architect. She is passionate about creating innovative buildings and spaces that are enjoyable, beautiful, functional, and sustainable. She believes that buildings should relate well to their environment and the people using them.

Jessica earned a Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor degree in Business, giving her a unique combination of skillsets and an outlook that prioritizes client’s financial interests. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED BD+C), reflecting her focus on environmentally conscious design. She has completed her Architect Registration Exam and will soon be licensed.

What do you do in your free time?

I enjoy dancing, traveling, outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, skiing, and skating, and artistic pursuits such as photography, drawing, painting, and playing the piano. I love exploring new places and cultures and trying new things. I also enjoy remodeling and working on my house. I especially like doing these activities and spending time with family and friends.

Do you have any Hidden talents?

I can sew and have designed and made my own clothing and quite a few elaborate costumes. In addition to sewing, I can do several other types of needlework, including crocheting, knitting, and cross stitch.

Do you have any pets?

I have a cat named Golda, which we adopted as a stray.
