First Baptist Church of Tempe has served as an anchor for the Tempe community since originating in 1887.

This 1960s era sanctuary was in dire need of an upgrade.  The goal was to provide a welcoming space for parishioners that was both transparent and dynamic.  The new sanctuary is both layered and dimensional highlighting modern clean lines and giving an increased focus on the new cross tower.

The children’s ministry and cafe area’s new design provies a better flow for  church patrons as well as an update to current technologies incorporated throughout the facility.  A more dynamic street view of the sanctuary was provided by installing new hardscape and vibrant landscaping.
