First Baptist Church of Tempe has served as an anchor for the Tempe community since 1887.

The 1960s era sanctuary was in dire need of an upgrade to create a welcoming space for parishioners that is both transparent and dynamic. The new sanctuary features layered and dimensional design elements, highlighting modern clean lines and placing an increased focus on the new cross tower.

The redesigned children’s ministry and café area provide better flow for church patrons and incorporate current technologies throughout the facility. A more dynamic street view of the sanctuary was achieved by installing new hardscape and vibrant landscaping, enhancing the church’s presence in the community.
