Mission Community Church, a growing congregation in Gilbert, Arizona, was holding Sunday services at a local high school and needed a dedicated facility for its over 5,000-person community. DFDG provided a comprehensive phased development and transitional plan to address this need.
Phase I of the development included a 12,000-square-foot Multi-Use Center, an 8,000-square-foot Administration Building, and a 2,000-square-foot classroom building. Phase II encompassed a 1,500-seat worship center, a 12,000-square-foot youth activity center, and a multifunction courtyard featuring a shaded plaza and amphitheater. These spaces were designed to foster community connections and accommodate the evolving needs of the congregation.
